Adapt, Thrive Survive – J&G hosts annual ChangeTank

Joining forces with their trusted referral partners, J&G Consulting hosted their annual 'ChangeTank’ event, Thursday 10 August at The Powerhouse, Brisbane. 

This year's talks complemented the topic as on navigating workplace change to help organisations #adaptsurvivethrive.

Speakers included Dr Edwin Trevor-Roberts of Trevor-Roberts, Marie-Claire Grady from 3rd View consulting, Mark Curran of Kaden Boriss and Fleur Johnston of J&G Consulting. 

Following individual presentations, speakers joined forces for an engaging panel discussion, which was hosted by MC Mike Hennessy of J&G. The conversation centered around emerging and new approaches to organisational change at work. Hennessy then invited members of the audience to participate, which almost gave the ABC’s QandA program a run for its money!

Workplace change is certainly important, so J&G also took the opportunity to launch their current ThinkPaper, which focusses on Resilience in the workplace and how it’s a concept that’s central to navigating change well – complementing the theme of evening.

Post-event drinks and canapés concluded the ChangeTank, where all delegates enjoyed some networking and socialising.
