In the Community. J&G consultants view our opportunity to work with industry clients as a significant privilege – one which affords us the capacity to give back to those less fortunate. In addition to volunteering our services and our time to take action, each year we donate part of our revenue to charities chosen by the team. To date, we’ve been grateful for the opportunity and proud to support:

  • Anglicare – Home Away from Homelessness

  • Australia’s CEO Challenge – workplace partners against domestic violence

  • Brisbane Youth Service – FebFast

  • Canteen

  • Care Australia

  • CARITAS

  • Guide Dogs Australia

  • Mercy Foundation

  • Movember

  • Salvation Army

For the Environment.
J&G limit the impact our business has on the environment by actively seeking ways to reduce our resource use and to minimise and prevent adverse environmental impacts of our work. We seek to reduce our footprint through mindful accommodation decisions, carbon neutral air-travel, recycling and participation in activities which support the recovery and repair of our natural systems.

In the Workplace. As specialists in organisational performance, we know that healthy and safe workplaces which inspire our team’s best contributions, and the attainment of their higher purpose, are fundamental to our business. J&Gh live and breathe workplace flexibility, family friendly practices and generous reward for effort.
