Townsville Catholic Education Office employs 2300 staff and provides leadership and support to 29 schools, kindergartens and early childcare centres extending across the diocese from Townsville to the Northern Territory border, south to the Whitsundays and north to the beautiful Hinchinbrook district.

The Townsville Catholic Education Office is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced person to the full-time position of Organisational Development Coordinator. The prime responsibility of this role is to enable ongoing improvement in organisational capacity and capability in line with strategic and operational objectives.

This exciting position will facilitate the delivery of organisational development initiatives in collaboration with other leaders across the organisation. The successful applicant will use their expertise to facilitate the ongoing review and implementation of critical workforce strategy for our system of school across the Diocese.
