This new role has been formed to provide strategic leadership to an HR function which is broadening in scope to serve a growing footprint of schools. Reporting to the Director, Organisational (Corporate) Services, the successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team in the Townsville Catholic Education Office and the most senior expert on workforce in their team. You will collaborate with other corporate function leaders to achieve outstanding outcomes for schools and the families they serve.
