Sydney Catholic Schools appoints J&G

Sydney Catholic Schools has collaborated with business improvement firm, Johnston & Goldsmith to examine and develop its system wide approach to leading and supporting change in schools across the Sydney Archdiocese.

Following the launch of their new strategic plan, New Horizons, Inspiring Spirits & Minds, Dr Dan White, Executive Director of Sydney Catholic Schools said, “the need to successfully lead change across our large and complex system of schools is critical to the successful attainment of our Vision and Mission.”

“We appointed Johnston & Goldsmith to assist us with our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, knowing that they utilise a genuinely collaborative approach to client engagement and are experts in helping big systems take a strategic approach to their own ongoing development. Johnston & Goldsmith understand the unique challenges facing faith-based organisations and have contributed significant technical knowledge and fresh ideas for implementing successful change at Sydney Catholic Schools.”

Ms Fleur Johnston, Managing Director of Johnston & Goldsmith commented, “We are incredibly proud to support Sydney Catholic School’s leadership team on their journey to build their capability and capacity in leading system wide change. The work that Dan and his team are doing to serve and support schools across the Archdiocese is inspiring and it is a privilege to play a small part.”
